Broker's Comments

This Island Packet 370 is a lot more than your average 37 footer. The high quality build and fit out is immediately apparent. She feels bigger than her 37 feet thanks to her design, which you can see a great deal of thought has gone into. On deck she has a good sized cockpit with plenty of seating and wide side decks making it easier to move around unimpeded.
The IP370 has a One-piece integral hull and keel which means there are no keel bolts to maintain, loosen or leak.
Her two double cabins both have island berths which is not seen on a boat this size. The saloon table folds up so is completely out the way when not in use making it easy to move around below deck. The head is spacious and provides a separate shower stall. The headroom is impressive too at a shade under 2m. This example has been lightly used and presents in great condition and has a very comprehensive set of electronics and safety equipment. All in all a very well built and solid blue water cruising yacht. British flag.
