Broker's Comments

Now 87 the current owner has given in gracefully to his wife's wishes and has reluctantly agreed to sell the boat.
His sons are both mechanical engineers and have rebuilt and fastidiously maintained the engines , replacing anything that has been necessary . It was last serviced at the beginning of this season and is now winterised.
Anything else has been done by the local yard each year when she has been lifted out.
Apart from needing some updating and TLC the boat is in good condition for the year and offers great value for a boat of this size.
Has the added bonus of taking over the mooring on the marina if required, for which there is normally a waiting list.
