Broker's Comments

“This is a fine example of a highly popular cruiser. She is extremely well equipped and has been regularly maintained. I've spent a fair amount of time sailing Jeanneau 37s, mainly on RYA courses and one-design racing events, where they get a fair amount of harsh treatment, extended use and exposure to the elements. So I can faithfully report that they stand up to a beating jolly well, and deliver pretty good performance, whether being pushed hard or sailed gently. They’re usually fully crewed in these circumstances, especially when racing, and it’s impressive how they’re able to accommodate eight big hairy blokes and their kit without murders being committed. However, they also make wonderful fast and safe cruising boats, with spacious and comfortable accommodation. This particular example hasn't done much racing. Only in recent years has she been used for skippered charter only, but for the majority of her life has been in private hands. She looks to be in fine condition for her age. She is, of course, fully maintained and well equipped, as you would expect of a coded boat The most obvious sign of commercial use is the wear on the cabin sole and some areas of worn varnish inside, which may well have been rectified by the time you read this. Otherwise she looks in good condition, inside and out, and is ready to go. This tidy and well-equipped boat is offered at a keen price.”
