Broker's Comments

This Lafitte 44 will appeal to those who enjoy year-round sailing and are looking for a large, comfortable interior.

The cockpit may be fully enclosed without obstructing the view for navigating. The deck is easy to access via two companionways and allows her to be easily managed. The side decks and the foredeck are designed for easy movement around the boat. The interior is spacious with separate, comfortable quarters for-and-aft. Storage throughout is generous and easy to access. Reverse cycle heat/air on board along with good ventilation from windows and hatches, and nice light throughout, make the interior comfortable in every season. The owners indicate that she is a good live-aboard and a good long range cruiser.

She can be rigged as a cutter. The intermediate head stay has been removed but the tang and chain plate remain in place.
