Broker's Comments

The Leisure 22 was the first of a long line of tough well made family cruisers with good and roomy accomodation from builders Cobra Mould. Unusually for a boat of her size she benefits from headroom of 5ft 9" and a separate heads compartment. She would make a good starter yacht for a family wanting to start cruising, and is ideal for coastal sailing and for exploring the bays and creeks of the Haven. This example requires a little winter maintenance, but benefits from a very substantial four wheeled braked flat-bed trailer included in the price. If this is not required, the owner is willing to split the package with a commensurate price adjustment.
