Broker's Comments

This boat has been viewed and photographed by Chris Allan of Boatshed Essex. Designed by Graham Craddick the Leisure 22 has an enviable reputation as a solid and robust family cruiser. This particular example has been with the same owners since new and is a credit to the love and care they have invested in her. For a small boat she has a large cockpit and lots of accommodation, a seperate foreward cabin and a seperate heads compartment. The headroom is pretty good and inside she has the feel of a much larger yacht. The sails are recent and the engine has been rebuilt on three occassions and looks in good order, don't let the fact that it's petrol put you off, she is definately worth a viewing.
