The Leisure 22 has lots of room in it, the headroom of 5ft 8" is particularly good for a boat of this age and length. This boat appears to be generally well maintained, the hull and decks look smart. The 8hp outboard engine now in use is capable of pushing the boat along at up to 6 knots (Note comments in mechanical section above regarding the obsolete inboard engine).
