Broker's Comments

A solid & popular bilge keel cruiser, in fair condition for her age. The Leisure 23 is an underated yacht, well capable of some serious offshore and coastal passage making. They were well designed and well built, maximising the internal volume with well planned and executed stowage. Where else could you get almost full standing headroom and five full size berths on less than 23ft overall? This broker owned one for three years and cruised extensively in Bristol Channel and Irish Sea with his young family. She has a recent (less than four year old - we believe) outboard and some good sails. She represents outstanding value at close to her asking price, though well worth making an offer.
