You get the ‘feelgood factor’ as soon as you see this super little boat. Based on the popular Leisure 23, the 23SL has a different deck moulding with a wedge shaped coach roof and higher side decks, giving increased headroom. Designed for serious cruising / racing, this boat has ample deck space, a large deep cockpit and surprisingly roomy accommodation for five people.
This example has been extensively and professionally re-designed and modified for racing. The customised alterations include a sugar scoop stern, plumb bow, deep spade hung rudder, lead fin keel and a taller rig. All sheets lead back to the cockpit. The modifications maximise racing performance without prejudicing the sea-keeping ability and ease of handling. She is well balanced and very fast.
She’s a well cared for, well-presented boat – inside and out – with performance and accommodation to satisfy most types of cruising as well as the potential to win races.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
