The majority of Leisure 27s afloat today date from around 1979. A smaller number date from a decade later, and share identical design and construction with the Mirage 2700 built at the same time. This particular example was built in 1990. She has been regularly sailed and appears to have been well looked after and maintained. The head linings have been replaced and the upholstery is in excellent condition throughout. She is equipped with shore power and warm-air cabin heating. No doubt she would benefit from a little updating in the electronics department, but the basics are all there and she’s ready to go.
