Broker's Comments

Built in 1995 to a Bruce Roberts design, the owner informs me she was designed to sail around the world.
The result is a yacht of steel construction, which in its 10 year life has spent a lot of time out of the water in dry dock, and has just 652 engine hours on a Perkins 50hp engine.
With her high grade steel construction, 52-4kf she could be a real gem, but her interior was never completed, and requires a complete refit to utilise her space more effectively down below. She is basic and lacking the home comforts and is not the prettiest of yachts, but is an ideal project for someone who knows about boats and who likes a challenge, but can see her true potential. This is reflected in her asking price.
She has been out of the water for 24 months, but her engine was run up and inspected in June, and she had her shaft realigned and sealed a year ago.
On German flag. European VAT unpaid.
