For somebody looking to make a home afloat then this is a great project opportunity. A lot of the work has already been done to the hull and the deck. Now it needs a handy person to complete the inside to make it a lovely home, to install an engine and complete the steering and navigation equipment if desired. The current mooring is available or the the vessel could be towed to a new location.
