This is a great liveaboard in a much sought after marina close to Canary Wharf. The boat is exceptionally bright and airy with plenty of open-plan living space. There's a good sized saloon, a large galley area and a double cabin.

The exterior could probably do with a little cosmetic tidying up but other than that she's ready to go. There's a current Boat Safety Certificate and she was epoxy painted and had new anodes fitted in 2007.

She’s on a safe and secure marina mooring (with car parking) in London Docklands, just a few minutes from Canary Wharf and close to the DLR, shops, restaurants and bars. The mooring is fully transferable and forms part of a lively 'village' community. Shoreside facilities include showers, toilets, launderette and pump-out. The boat is connected to mains water, electricity and BT line (including broadband). She would make an ideal Central London liveaboard or a super canal cruiser.

This is a delightful boat which sits on a prized residential mooring in one of the capital's nicest marinas - and is extremely well placed for the Olympics.
