Broker's Comments

The LM27 with Wheelhouse and Cockpit helm positions offer the best of both worlds. They are capable a seaworth sailing boat, with much better sailing performace than might be expected.
They have a great reputation for being very solid well built boats over 1500 were made and the Scanyacht 290 continues the line today, being essentially the same boat.
This boat has had just one owner from new.
