Broker's Comments
No need to say much about LM, or an LM 30 in particular – you just have to look around you to see how popular they are. This one is in great nick – very much up together. She has been to France and the Channel Islands, and has holidayed on the inland waterways, so her cross channel credentials are well proven. She has all the gear, all the systems, all the comforts that you will need. Absolutely ideal for a cruising couple who have a bit of time to spread their wings, this LM 30 is as near to the best of both worlds that you’ll ever get. The fin keel means that she actually sails pretty well, but the seaworthy design and snug wheel house mean that when you get caught out or you find wind over tide, you fire up the donkey, turn up the Eberspacher, shut the doors and keep going!
