Leading down from the wheel house toward the stern is the master bedroom. Accessed from this bedroom is a double cabin plus a cabin with sweet fitted cot which the existing owners used for their children - these could be easily converted to an ensuite shower room and dressing room to give a totally private master suite.
There is also a toilet off the main bedroom
from the wheel house forward is a corridor with the main bathroom leading off - with full size bath and walk in shower. There is plenty of storage space.
Opposite the bathroom is space for a washing machine with further adjacent storage.
Through a door is a corridor with four further cabins, one with fitted bunkbeds and fitted double wardrobe.
There is a study area prior to walking into the galley. Well equiped with calor gas cooker also new rayburn with two hotplates which is to be connected. Large sitting area off with nice wood burning stove.

Having brought her across form Holland the owners have lived on and converted her to a home and enjoyed this boat for the last ten years.
There is further opportunity for upgrade or expansion of the present living accommodation.
The waterways has agreed that if required the boat may stay at her present mooring (which was built to her specifications) for a period of two years with any further stay by application.
