Broker's Comments

A great live aboard and cruiser with a huge amount of accommodation. The owners cabin is full width aft with an adjoining en-suite shower room. The guest cabin has a double and a single with its own en-suite shower forward. The main living space has a good sized saloon with a large galley. Well looked after by her current owner and benefits from a recent March 2016 survey as well as an electrical system inspection and overhaul also in 2016. A really nice example of this popular sloop rigged cutter option model. These boat details are subject to contract.
