Broker's Comments

This Maurice Griffiths 30 is a nice well maintained example. The hull and decks are constructed from marine ply that has been professionally sheathed with GRP. The accommodation is spacious with 5 berths and a good sized galley. The cosy interior with the solid fuel burner would make her a good option as a live -aboard
Externally the hull and decks are regularly maintained and painted by the current owner. The owner has owned this boat for over 17 years and is reluctantly selling due to ill health.
