Broker's Comments

This classic blue water yacht was designed by Maurice Griffiths and built in Ferrocement by Ferro Marine Services, a builder with a good reputation.
This Barrier Reef 38 (43ft long with all the overhangs) may not look too pretty at the moment but she certainly has potential. The hull we are advised is sound, the sails look pretty good, the engine looks scruffy but was overhauled in 2000 and has done just 700hrs since.
The wiring needs some attention - a lot of instruments are not working. This boat has massive potential and is priced very realistically - Looking for a bargain blue water potential boat? - This could be it.
