Broker's Comments

The Mcgruer Hunter Sloop is a classic one-off design, similar to a folk boat. With her splined carvel hull, varnished to a high standard as are her upperworks, she is a real head turner wherever she goes. She was built on the Clyde for a consultant surgeon, the following two owners also happened to be consultant surgeons! The last one owned her for 14 years and lavished unstinting care and attention on this rather lovely lady. She is immaculate both above and below decks and really must be seen to be appreciated. She is a yacht for the discerning traditionalist who will enjoy keeping her in the manner to which she is accustomed!
