Here we have the perfect liveaboard that is a tastefully converted ex MFV that originally sailed from Brixham. The accomodation has full standing headroom throughout at 2.2 mtrs. Above decks there is a large kitchen/dining area with full size gas cooker, Fridge, Freezer box, Stainless steel sink and drainer and masses of worktop and good quality cupboard space. Moving forward there is a large, bright and airy lounge area with T.V. point mains sockets etc. Below decks there is a large master bedroom with en-suite and shower etc. There is further potential for another single bedroom or shower/bathroom or to open up the existing master bedroom.
In order to sail her she will need the steering and rudder re-conecting and a helm position making in the saloon (there is a section allocated for this purpose). The engine, gearbox and drive are in full working order.
