Broker's Comments

Having sailed on a Spring 25 for a couple of years, I have to confess to being a big fan of the class,
As a cruising boat she is easy to handle and easy to sail. She motors well and can manoeuvre into tight spaces. Below she has a large double berth cabin to port. Starboard side is the heads with a chart table alongside and a good sized galley to port. There are 2 settee berths and a double berth forward. Absolutely amazing accommodation on a boat less than 26 feet,
Her sailing properties are unusual as she gives the impression of a much larger boat. The wing keel acts as a damper going up wind in a chop and settles the boat down. Off wind in a blow she really comes into her own, the twin rudders mean she never has rudder stall and one has full control at all times. The wing keel is flared up slightly lifting the boat as she surfs. If you want to race her buy some polish for the silverware.
The wing keel means she can dry out making her ideal for dry harbours, sandy beaches or drying moorings.
