Broker's Comments

From a designer and yard well used to building performance yachts the Spring 25 was a bit revolutionary back in the mid eighties. She even had a sailing TV soap opera, 'Howard's Way', built around her! With her roomy accommodation, generous aft cabin and heads, and sparkling performance - all on a twenty five footer - she is still a bit of a rarity. Twin rudders and a wing keel give performance without sacrificing the ability to take the ground when required. She is in end of season condition and will benefit from a power polish and deep clean but appears well equipped and sound.
