Broker's Comments

Occasionally in this job you meet that rare breed of boat owner that you can apply the phrase "mad about boats".
I mean this in a nice way and this owner has a history of boat ownership going back 50 years. He has owned a verity of sailing boats and motorboats over this period, but without exception each one has had real tender love and care and a very much "money no object" approach to maintenance.
This Miss Silver Class Motorsailor is no exception, and over the last 11 years of ownership she has had a small fortune spent on refitting and maintenance. If you are looking for a classic motor sailor that appears to be in similar shape to the day she was built then this boat is very much worth a careful look.
The owners mature years means that this one has to find a new home so he can focus his attention on his other 2 beautiful smaller boats.
It's going to require more ongoing maintenance than a fibreglass motor sailor but I guarantee you will get complimentary looks and comments wherever you travel with her.
