Yours truly once owned a Moody 31 which was acquired at the 1985 London Boat Show. I am therefore unashamedly partial to these boats. My own took me from Falmouth to La Corunna and then to Gibraltar in 8 sailing days. I know these boats are tough from personal experience. This particular boat is in very, very good condition. It is difficult to find a better condition safe sailing yacht for less than £30,000. Don't hang around the last boat in the 10m size and in a similar price range was snapped in less than a week.
