Broker's Comments

It is easy to see why these boats are so popular. A roomy layout which allows access from the saloon to the aft cabin without going outside. All in all, boat with a good level of comfort with good sailing ability. This boat has been in the same ownership for getting on for two decades and until recently at least was sailed regularly. She has been well cared for and her woodwork is in good shape. if i was tomark her harshly, her instrumentation could benefit from the odd upgrade, but this is very easily sorted out. A well kept genuine boat. These boat details are subject to contract.
