Broker's Comments

Colin Chapman designed, great sea keeping, great layout with ample headroom and all them little touches that were ahead for its day.

Apart from the age this boat is in very good condition and full credit to the owner for keeping her this way. She has a full history of previous owners and has been regular lifted out for antifouling.

The hull is in fantastic condition with no evidence of damage whatsoever. Internally there are signs of its age but no signs of any damage, just personal touches required here and there.
A new Flybridge cover has been fitted and another nice touch is all the windows have external covers for protection.
I noticed that it was equipped with three wipers that all had heated demisters on the front screens.
There is also a folding radar arch.

There are no noticeable signs of damp or moisture, which suggests she is a well cared for and well ventilated boat.
