Entrance into a beautifully fitted kitchen, with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and an office nook, as well as a dining table.

There is a beautifully furnished living room with a solid fuel stove and views across the stunning mooring to a lake.

The bedroom is also stunningly appointed and has an ensuite shower and toilet.

The real star of this mooring is the freehold, landscaped plot with multiple terraces, log cabin with veranda and stunning views across its own stream to a lake surrounded by trees. It truly is a private paradise designed for alfresco living. The Cabin is fitted as a guest bedroom but would equally make a superb office or extra living room.

There is also a large storage shed.

Heating and hot water are provided by a gas combi boiler.

4 burner gas cooker

Safety Equipment

1 bilge pumps (0 manual / 1 Electric)

Broker's Comments

A rare chance to buy into a slice of paradise. The most beautifully landscaped mooring I have seen. Like something from a tropical land, complete with lake view and its own stream running through it.

There is a a wonderful cabin with veranda, which can be spare bedroom, office or living room to suit your needs. There is also a massive storage shed.

The houseboat itself is luxurious and comfortable as well as being stunningly furnished. Nearly all the furniture is included.

The mooring right is rented from British Waterways and is fully transferable, but the plot of land will be transferred, with the boat, as freehold.

This is a boat and mooring that must be seen to be fully appreciated.

(Note: There is a walk of approx 200metres from the car park to the boat, however a road does give vehicle access somewhat closer for unloading .)
