Broker's Comments

This Twin Screw Diesel Yacht was originally commissioned around 1940 and used as by the Admiralty under the Western Approaches Command as a Patrol and Mine Spotting Vessel based in Londonderry Ireland. She is in commission and the main photograph shows her on the River Crouch in October 2011. During 2011 she has undergone an extensive refurbishment of the hull,as you can see from the photographs of the underwater profile, rudders etc. The interior still requires work, some of which is in progress, as do areas around the coachroof and aft deck. This we feel is reflected in the advertised asking price.
In terms of accommodations there is a good sized aft cabin with double berth. In the forward saloon there are 4 single berths. The galley is spacious with a good amount of storage space. The heads is in the forepeak.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
