Broker's Comments

A rather quirky and strangely appealing 23ft wooden Narrowboat with a 2 cylinder diesel engine..
Built originally for a local artist who sailed the Broads and spent weeks aboard especially during winter months having a diesel fired free standing fire with flue.
In later life she was used by the previous owner as a live aboard on a residential mooring which is available if required. The cost is £25.00 per week or there is a discount available for a longer term contract.
Internally the boat has a very homely feel and is very clean and dry. There are carpets and curtains throughout.
This would make an ideal all year round retreat, studio, office or a home for anyone studying or working in Norwich.
Brundall is perfect re connections by train and bus in to Norwich and the village has every amenity..
The only thing needed in my opinion would be a toilet (there is space for a chemical toilet) and hot water, again there is 240v shore power throughout so not a huge issue. Most Marina's have a toilet and shower block available.
