Broker's Comments

I guess you would call this a pocket size narrow boat though admittedly at 30 feet you would need big pockets to put her in. You don't however need a big berth to keep her in and so she makes eminent sense as a weekend or holiday narrow boat for a couple of people without costing a fortune to look after but being very cosy and having the amenities one expects in a narrow boat. She is easily handled and a canal marina mooring is available for transfer subject to approval of the marina operator.
She was painted on top last year although she still needs the paint job finishing around the bow as it started to rain (and didn't stop) before the job was quite finished.
