This boat has been used as a rather charming artist's studio. It could, however, easily be converted back to make a one bedroom live-aboard.

There is a bedroom at the front which could take two singles or a double. There is a wet-room shower with room for a cassette toilet.

The living area at the back of the boat has a fold down table and room for a sofa or chairs and there is a small kitchenette with a hob and an instant water heater and also a wonderful Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove.

There is a large rear deck for alfresco living.

2 burner Stove

Safety Equipment

1 bilge pumps (0 manual / 1 electric)

Boat Safety Cert to 1/11/13

Broker's Comments

Here is a lovely little narrowboat for sale priced to sell quickly.

While it has massive scope for improvement, it is ready to go straight away. It has been used as as a lovely artist's studio, but the frames are still in place to make one room a bedroom, very easily.

Small live-aboard, holiday boat, weekend cruiser - take your pick. This boat has the potential to be any or all of these, at a great price.

A leisure mooring at Cowroast marina is available with this boat, subject to approval of marina management.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
