Note that this narrowbeam barge is 4 years old in November 2013. The hull on this narrow boat looks superb. The owner has had £5000 worth of protective work carried out on the hull. The hull and sides were shotblasted and dry blasted to bare steel. The 2 pack Sigma system was applied which the owner says is guaranteed for 10 years.
£500 was invested in the electric set up. A 600w inverter and shore power have been added.
There is a towing point, a forward T-Stud, stern bollards and a centre mooring ring.

Broker's Comments

This narrow boat is a fantastic houseboat or liveaboard or retreat. She has such a happy feel to her and does not feel cramped. The light decor and lovely windows all provide a wonderful ambience.
She has had a lot of money spent on important extras too. At the moment she is moored in a very convenient location and a beauty spot. This mooring should be available for the next owner to take over subject to normal conditions.
