Broker's Comments

A very desirable, clean and tidy narrowboat, maintained in good condition and recently blacked, surveyed and anodes replaced.

She would make an ideal boat for weekends, holidays or extended cruising.

The current leisure mooring may be available, subject to agreement with the mooring owner.

It is a club mooring in a lovely rural spot on the river Stort with nearby pubs and shops.

Approx £1200 pa. There would also be a premium of around £1000 to take over the mooring.
