A nice clean fit out by Bollington Wharf Boatbuilders. Light wood throughout with matching built in cupboards.

Entering from the foredeck via double doors, there is a reasonably sized living space with a folding table and stools there is room for easy chairs or a sofa.

Small corner unit with socket and aerial point.

There is a diesel bubble stove which is ample for heating the whole boat.

There is an open plan galley kitchen with stove, sink and fridge as well as plenty of storage.

Aft of the kitchen is a bedroom with double bed and cupboard.

At the rear is a very nice bathroom, with doors that can close across the corridor for added space, There is a shower, basin and a cassette toilet.

Steps lead up to the trad stern with a small storage alcove and boat controls.

It is a club mooring in a lovely rural spot on the river Stort with nearby pubs and shops.

Approx £1200 pa. There would also be a premium of around £1000 to take over the mooring.
