Nice roomy seating area in cockpit for guests leading to the companionway into a small cabin with engine beneath.

Going forward is the double sleeping area adjacent to the heads with shower,toilet and sink. Next to the heads is the Galley with cooker,fridge and sink. Forward of the Galley is the Saloon with double doors to the foredeck.

Heating and hot water is taken care of by an economical drip feed diesel heating system connected to radiators.

The Albion has been recently taken out of the water hull checked blacked and anodes in good condition. The water cooled Lister engine runs smoothly. All 12vt lighting, Shower, fresh water and bilge pumps in working order.

There is a transferrable residential mooring by acceptance from London Development Agency on a Heritage site known as "Three Mills Island". There is a Bar/restaurant, 24 hour Tescos, toilet pump out/power/telephone and entryphone.

Bromley by Bow tube Station is a 4 minute walk away - trains to the city take only 9 minutes.

Car parking and storage facilities are included and there are 24 hour security patrols and CCTV in operation. A 10% premium will be payable to the owner of the mooring for the transfer of the mooring agreement.

The location of this boat is possibly the best in London. Easy access tho the Thames or River Lee / Stort . It will be as close as you can get to the OLYMPICS and new owners may even see well known actors at 3 Mills.
Transferable residential moorings add substantial value to the asking price. Please note: Monthly mooring fees are only 280 pounds per month.
