A circa 1890 butty with full boatmans cabin and what looks like original panelling. She has been undergoing a refit which has yet to be completetd (the bath should be in the bathroom and not the main cabin!)
In recent years she has been moved either by outboard or by pushing with a Bantam tug which is also for sale.
Subject to acceptance by the harbour authority she is to be sold with the benefit of a city centre mooring where she has been used for the last twelve years by the present owner.

These boat details are subject to contract.
