Broker's Comments

This is a traditonal narrowboat with the engine at the rear, leading through to a bedroom with three quarter beds. Forward of this is a walk through shower room with sink unit, shower and cassette toilet.
The front part of the boat is a large living space with a modern, open plan and tasteful kitchen amidships and a dining and sitting area forward. There is no fitted furniture allowing maximum flexibility, but a sofa bed can provide occasional sleeping for a couple of guests. A multi fuel stove spreads ample warmth around the boat and is supplemented by an electric panel radiator in the bathroom.
This craft is in very good condition having benefitted from a complete refit 2010/2011. Well worth a look, the best narrowboat I have seen.
