Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 57ft Narrowboat for sale with London residential mooring.

Built in 2004, but probably fitted out in 2007, this Liverpool Boats narrowboat is beautifully finished and has clearly been well looked after throughout its lifetime. It really is a perfect boat for a couple or individual who want to live on a boat but with the reassurance of a permanent mooring and all the facilities that come with it.

The boat is bright throughout and with great headroom and storage options, there is loads of space to make this into a proper home afloat. There is diesel powered central heating and electric immersion heater and the boat is equipped with the reliable and popular Isuzu 35HP engine.

The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is transferable to the new owner on payment of a 5% transfer fee to marina management. Current mooring fees are £10,100 p.a.

The marina provides a great place to live in a proper community of boaters and has excellent facilities including managed office, laundry, shower block, WiFi, pump out station, CCTV and security guard. The marina is moments from Limehouse DLR station with excellent links into Bank or Canary Wharf.
