Entering through the cratch, there are double doors into an extensive living area.

The salon has two settees, with storage under, which can double as two single berths or be made up to a double.

There is a Morso soild fuel stove and two corner units. This still leaves plenty of spare space.

The salon is open plan to the galley kitchen, with beautiful solid wood units on both sides. There is a fridge freezer and gas cooker. Instant hot water is provided by the Morco boiler. There are two wonderfull side hatches with a set of steps that can be moved from side to side.

The next room is multi-purpose - presently it is a huge, walk-in wardrobe, but it could be an office or even a bunkroom

Next comes a straight-through bathroom utilising the full width of the boat. There is a porcelain toilet with a separate cassette compartment, full sized, tiled shower and a wash basin.

The bedroom has a large double bed, with one side able to fold up to increase the gangway.

Aft of the bedroom is a huge space, presently used as storage and engine access, which could serve as utility room, or to extend the bedroom.

Broker's Comments

Boatshed Grand Union is pleased to offer this great Hancock and Lane 60ft Trad stern Narrowboat.

She is a very spacious boat which would be superb as a live-aboard or for extended cruising. The extra room in the centre offers enormous potential. Very nicely fitted and with the hull looking good and protected by two pack this is a great buy. She is priced for a quick sale and, subject to agreement with the owner, the mooring may be available.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
