Enter at the bow into a fitted saloon with pullout bed and fitted tv/storage units. Storage unit which currently houses a keyboard! Solid fuel stove.
Well appointed galley with copious amounts of storage, double sink with carved wooden drainer. Wooden worktops. Fridge and convector/microwave included.
There is a freestanding cooker which works, but replacement was intended to fit in with the new kitchen.
Cabin with double bunks has vast storage space, with a large dressing table/desk built in.
More storage leads to the heads compartment with ceramic toilet, hand washbasin and partially completed shower. Some work is needed to finish the heads (toilet pump needs attention, shower tray/tiling to be added, water connections to be finished - supply already to cubicle)
Finally, there is a double cabin at the bow, again with ample storage.
Central heating boiler installed, needs connecting.
Some work required to add 240v ring main (supply is fitted to boat) and 24v domestic system needs completing.
