Broker's Comments

Built for the Lord Mayor of Sheffield, this lovely narrowboat has both luxury and quality and retains many of her original features and detailing, whilst accommodating all the 'mod cons' necessary for a live-aboard lifestyle. Stained glass windows . . . wood carving . . . sumptuous upholstery - it's all there in abundance.

More recently, she was owned by an illustrious English actor (and featured in a TV programme about his life). She even comes with a wooden presentation box with the original scissor and tape used by the Lord Mayor to launch her back in 1996.

The interior screams 'quality' and offers a great combination of traditional fittings and modern utilities. It feels bright, spacious and comfortable and has an abundance of storage space.
