It should be noted that headroom in this boat is only 5'8".

A lovely comfortable and stylish fit out. Entering from covered cratch into a good sized living area with sofa and shelves for television and stereo. There is also a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove.

The kitchen has a massive range cooker, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

There is a dining alcove with dinette which converts to double bed.

Next comes a large bathroom with corner bath and shower, cassette toilet and basin.

The bedroom has a fixed double bed and storage.

There is a further cabin which would make a great second bedroom, study or workshop.

There is plenty of storage in the engine space aft.

As well as the solid fuel stove, there is central heating and hot water from an Aldi gas boiler and there is also an immersion heater from shore power.

For anyone who can fit into the 5'8" headroom, this is a beatifull live-aboard boat. Plenty of space, a spare room, a separate dining room, a beautifully fitted kitchen- everything you need for comfortable living.

It also has a residential mooring near Hemel Hempstead, close to shops, restaurants and a main line station. The mooring is transferable, subject to agreement with marina agreement. A premium may be payable for the transfer.
