For anyone who can fit into the 5'8" headroom, this is a beatifull live-aboard boat. Plenty of space, a spare room, a separate dining room, a beautifully fitted kitchen- everything you need for comfortable living.
It also has a residential mooring near Hemel Hempstead, close to shops, restaurants and a main line station. The mooring is transferable, subject to agreement with marina agreement. A premium may be payable for the transfer.
