Broker's Comments

This pretty little Neptunian 33 Ketch, which was sailed out here from the UK single handed, has had a sugar scoop added to her stern which was apparently to make her just long enough to enter for the tall ships race ! Since the pictures were taken there has been some water damage to the wood work in the aft cabin which will require some remedial action and the exterior varnish work needs attention, but the owner are very keen to sell.
