Broker's Comments

*******************************
Here's a good example of the ever popular broads cruiser.
Built early '70's, they represented an affordable way to get on the water with the family.
This example is beginning to show her years but nothing some TLC wouldn't correct. The cabin is dry and clean, the heads are in a seperate compartment and has a full double berth in the bow. The helm has good visibility with cockpit seating to the rear. The whole cockpit area is enclosed in a folding tonneau cover.
