Due to the seller's health this Norseman 447 is in need of maintenance. With the exception of some water stains on the wood paneling the interior is in outstanding condition. It shows very little wear and tear. The upholstery is in fine condition and the interior is extra clean and orderly. The biggest issues are with the effects of weather on the exterior. The bottom has been recently cleaned.

Some say that this is one of the best offshore designs by Robert Perry. A very well-built, fast, comfortable, safe world cruiser. With some current attention by a new owner this two-owner boat can returned to her former glory. We believe that she is priced to reflect her current needs.

Broker's Comments

This Norseman 447 presents an opportunity to economically purchase one of the finest Robert Perry designed world cruisers. The long fin keel and well-protected skeg hung rudder, the fine reputation of the Ta Shing yard, the comfort of the center cockpit, the ease of having all sails on furler systems, the versatility of the cutter rig, and the comfort provided for two or more cruising couples combine to offer an unmatched cruising experience.

The next owner will be able to purchase well below market value in recognition of maintenance and navigational equipment upgrade needs.
