Broker's Comments

This yacht is a beautiful example of the popular lifting keel Southerly 100. She has a large safe cockpit with lots of well planned accommodation and has a twin helm position allowing comfortable sailing for an extended season. Now in her third ownership, the current owner has undertaken considerable updating and improvement. With a complete set of all hand books and maintenance log, this is a superb example of a very well kept boat.
