Broker's Comments

The advantages of a centre wheel house. You do not need to wear your 'round the world heavy oilies' when it’s pouring with rain or blowing half a gale, you can helm from the comfort of the wheelhouse and whilst moored up in the rain, you can watch those poor souls who don’t have a wheelhouse. For the sunnier days there is a wheel in the cockpit.
She has a powerful engine for when there is no wind or a headwind and you don’t want to be the last at the bar or lose your table at the quay side pub.
She was built by Northshore, a renowned builder and designed by Dick Carter.
She could do with a bit of polish to the hull and topsides and general cleaning. This is reflected in the price.
Her major quality is that she is a drop keel vessel, allowing you and the family to dry out on sandy beaches, harbours or moorings. You also have the ability to explore shallow creeks.
What a lovely family cruiser at a low cost.
