Broker's Comments

Nice little boat this, the present owner rescued her from years of neglect and restored her to tip-top order. Her topsides have never seen a paintbrush and her gel coat looks as good as new. He has owned her for nine years now, and in 2008 he treated her to a new mainsail, having already replaced the genoa in 2007. Rigging was new in 2008, so she is well up together and fastidiously maintained. The varnish on her rubbing strake is credit to her. Down below she is light and airy, and unusually for a boat of this size, she has a nice shiny cooker complete with oven and grill. Well worth a look.
