Broker's Comments

This boat has been viewed and photographed by Steven of Boatshed Falmouth. Register or log in to see 44 more photos of this boat. The more I think about this boat the more I realise what a great concept she is. Clearly, being built by Parker, she will be no slouch and sail really well, particularly upwind. The best bit is when you get to your favorite place, simply press a button and up goes the keel allowing you to escape the masses and use a drying mooring. She is comprehensively equipped, roomy down below and perfect for comfortable cruising holidays. The current owner has bought a bigger boat and this one is gathering a bit of dust. A quick brush and washdown and she will be ready to go. These boat details are subject to contract. Offers on the asking price will be considered.
