Broker's Comments

"An awful lot of boat for the money" was my impression when stepping aboard this Picton Spirit.
Huge cockpit area with well laid-out seating, good helm position with all the required electronicas neatly laid out and falling easily to the eye.
Underneath lies the twin Volvo 210hp engines, capable of pushing this boat to around 26 knots but equally at home poodling around at a much less frenetic pace.
A spacious saloon and galley area awaits below with twin aft double berths with hanging locker between, seperate heads with shower leading to the galley and saloon area where further berths are available.
Priced to sell and located in north Suffolk, the owner is keen to complete a sale as soon as possible, offers on the asking price will be considered.
